WE HAVE A DEIONIZED WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM.
Deionized Water ("DI Water" or "Demineralization") means the removal of ions. Ions are electrically charged atoms or molecules found in water that have either a net negative or positive charge. For many applications that use water as a rinse or ingredient, these ions are considered impurities and must be removed from the water. When producing all natural products, deionized water maximizes a product's shelf life (and scent / flavor), minimizes contaminants, and allows more natural preservatives to be used.
WE ARE A NATURAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.
This simply means that we have a serious "Just Say No" ingredient / packaging list. Where other manufacturers may (or may not) have a "Dirty Dozen" list of ingredients they shy away from, we have a "5 Dirty Dozen" list of ingredients and packaging we don't even allow in our warehouse. WE ARE A SLOW MELT FACTORY.
Manufacturers don't make money until a product leaves the factory. That said, we are a "slow melt" factory. This means, if an ingredient has to be melted for a formula, we use the lowest possible temperature to assure that none of the ingredient's natural goodness / properties are cooked out of the final product.
WE TRULY ARE ARTISANS MAKING SMALL BATCHES.
"Small batch" may just sound like marketing jargon, but it's important to us. Small batch means maximum freshness and the longest, possible shelf-life. Small batch ensures that your products are made to order and fresh. You and your customers will understand and appreciate that freshness each time a product is opened! Please be mindful of one thing: Certain handmade items (especially soap bars and bath bombs) may have slight color / scent variations batch to batch. We always use the same formulas, but things like humidity, heat, and shipping variances can come into play. Though our factory is temperature controlled, we don't have much control of how hot a delivery truck, warehouse, front porch, or mailbox might be. Our clients embrace this (even write about it on their websites). It validates fresh, small batch making.WE DON'T CUT CORNERS.
We 100% owe our success to our Heavenly Father. Period. This means we don't use cheap fillers and irrelevant, inactive ingredients. As much as we love a sale, we much prefer reorders; and, we know that reorders don't come from substandard products.
