New South Wales, Queensland, Australia.

When Captain James Cook landed in Southeast Australia, his cook pulled a myrtle plant as an herbal infusion for his tea. In his many travel journals, he lovingly referred to his medicinal tonic as “Tea from a Tree,” or, “Tea Tree.”

While we now know that internal intake of Tea Tree can be fatal, we’ve also learned it has undeniable benefits (antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial and antiviral) when used topically. In the 1920s, Australian native Arthur Penfold, investigated the business potential of a number of native extracted oils. He bet his fortune on the antiseptic properties of Tea Tree and won…BIG!

But there’s more to our Tea Tree recipe…tropical butters like Organic African Shea, Cocoa and Mango; and, you can choose to add the healing power of Organic Hempseed Oil and Grapeseed Oils, a vitamin and mineral pack and a punch of soothing Lemon Oil if you choose (for fragrance qualities) .

Order in Therapeutic Tea Tree Essential Oil, Therapeutic Tea Tree & Lemon Oil Blend to Therapeutic Tea Tree & Peppermint Oil Blend.

Shelf life of Tea Tree Body Butter is 12 months in temperate weather (avoiding direct sunlight). During transit, vegetable butters may possibly melt or partially melt. Some butters may crystallize if they resolidify too slowly. This does not impact the quality or usability of the butter.

Some people have Tea Tree sensitivities. Test on a small patch of skin before liberal application. If any irritation or redness appears, wash with mild soap and warm water.

For topical use only. Can cause sun sensitivity. Do not use if you have Tea Tree or Nut allergies.
